Trying lash extensions for the first time should feel exciting, not overwhelming. At High Society Collective, your appointment is fully customized to your natural lashes, eye shape, personal style, and the amount of maintenance that works for your lifestyle.

Choosing Your Full Set

You do not need to know the difference between classic, hybrid, volume, or mega volume before booking.

Simply choose the full-set appointment that most closely matches your desired result:

Your provider will select the appropriate techniques, curls, lengths, and styling during your consultation.

Before Your Appointment

Please arrive with completely clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, eye makeup, oils, creams, or adhesive residue around the eyes.

Avoid curling your lashes before your appointment. When possible, limit caffeine immediately beforehand, as it can cause eye movement and make it more difficult to relax.

Plan to keep your eyes closed throughout the application. Many guests use this time to listen to music or a podcast, rest, or take a well-earned lash nap.

Your Consultation

Your provider will begin by discussing:

The look and fullness you prefer
Your everyday makeup and lifestyle
Your natural lash length, density, and condition
Your eye shape and facial features
Your ideal maintenance schedule
Any allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions

Reference photos are welcome and can help us understand what you are drawn to. Your final design will be customized to create a similar feeling while remaining appropriate for what your natural lashes can safely support.

During Your Service

Your lower lashes will be gently secured, and extensions will be applied individually to your natural lashes while your eyes remain closed.

The service should feel comfortable and relaxing. You may feel light pressure or gentle movement around the eye area, but you should not experience pulling, pinching, or burning. Please tell your provider immediately if anything feels uncomfortable.

Full-set appointments may take approximately two to three hours depending on the look selected and the number of healthy natural lashes available to extend.

Your Final Result

Lash extensions can enhance length, fullness, shape, texture, or all four. Your first set may feel more noticeable than expected simply because you are not used to seeing yourself with extensions yet.

Your provider will review the finished design with you and explain how to clean, brush, and maintain your lashes at home.

Maintaining Your Extensions

Your natural lashes continue to grow and shed while you wear extensions. Fill appointments replace extensions that have naturally shed and safely remove those that have grown away from the lash line.

Most guests return every two to three weeks, depending on their lash style, natural shedding, retention, and desired level of fullness.

Regular cleansing with an approved lash wash is essential for healthy lashes and reliable retention. An approved lash wash is required for our retention guarantee.

Aftercare + Retention

Your provider will review personalized aftercare during your appointment.

For best retention:

Clean your lash extensions regularly with an approved lash cleanser
Avoid picking, pulling, rubbing, or twisting the extensions
Keep heavy oils and oily skincare away from the lash line
Brush the lashes gently with a clean spoolie
Follow the recommended fill schedule for your set
Arrive at each appointment with thoroughly cleaned lashes

Retention varies based on natural shedding, skin type, hormones, medications, lifestyle, skincare products, cleansing habits, sleep position, and home care.

Please contact us within two days of your lash appointment if you experience an application-related concern.

Complimentary adjustments apply only to the original service provided and do not include a change in preference, style, length, or desired fullness.
